Terms and Conditions
All applications must be received by close of business 31st of March. Only applications that have been received using the application form included in Volume 6 Issue 1 of Reptiles Australia will be considered. No other applications whether it is by phone, email or any other form will be considered. Reptiles Australia reserves the right to select the winner based on merit and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the final decision. This is a competition based on merit and not a lottery draw. The winner will be notified by phone and in writing. It is a condition of entry that the winner provides updates of the twin’s ongoing progress. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise any import permit or further documentation in order to take ownership of the reptiles. All applicants must hold a valid license and/or permit that allows them to possess Green Pythons. The prize is not substitutable for cash or alternatives. Reptiles Australia and its sponsors reserves the right to substitute prizes for similar items without notice. Food is provided frozen as per a set feeding regime and provided in one delivery. If the recipient cannot receive or store all of the food in one delivery, Reptiles Australia and/or DoLittle Farm reserves the right to withdraw this component of the prize at their discretion. Reptileone products must be collected from the nearest Reptileone stockist as selected by Reptileone. The prize will be made available at the discretion of the sponsors should a reasonable delay occur. A copy of these terms and conditions are available on the Reptiles Australia website and Reptiles Australia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice. The terms and conditions as displayed on the website will be deemed as being correct.
